Special Orders are reserved for events and catering. Share what you're planning, and I'll personally review the date, quantity, menu, and availability before sending a quote.

Tell me what you know so far.
You do not need every detail finalized. These basics give me enough information to check availability and prepare a useful quote.
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Event date and estimated guest count
- Treats, quantity, and approximate budget
- Norman pickup, or delivery for a special order totaling $100 or more
- Event details and an inspiration image
An inspiration image is required for design-led requests.
Timing + payment
Before you request a date.
Large events
Catering and larger orders require at least four weeks’ notice.
Delivery
Weekly drops are pickup only. Limited Norman delivery may be approved for special orders totaling $100 or more.
Approval
A submitted request is not guaranteed until the order has been reviewed and approved.
Quote
Your quote remains valid for 48 hours.
Reservation
A 50% nonrefundable retainer reserves your baking slot.
Final balance
The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
Cancellation
Cancel at least seven days in advance. The retainer remains nonrefundable; any qualifying amount paid beyond it is returned. Cancellations within seven days are nonrefundable.
